If you've spent much time with my older kids, then you probably know that they NEVER can find anything that is right in front of their face. There have been times they will be looking for something and I'll say "it's right by your feet", and they turn and look 5 feet behind them. This is a conversation I had with Elijah, and I think it takes the cake:
Mom, I want to see me. Where am I?
Um, Elijah, you are right here
Right here? I can't find me! Can you help me find me?
Poor Kid, I don't think he ever did find himself
