Baking day #4

Thanksgiving morning we made some orange cranberry bread, but I'm not thrilled with the way it turned out. The kids seemed to like it, but I thought it tasted too boring. The recipe called for grated orange peel, which I didn't have, and I think that probably would have made a big difference in the taste. Oh well, it was very filling and kept us going until it was time for the big dinner. I didn't take pics, and won't post the recipe since I don't think it's post worthy.
